Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd – Geelong Refinery

Viva Energy’s Geelong Refinery began operations in 1954. Today it’s one of three refineries remaining in Australia, employing around 700 people & contractors from the local community, and supplying over 50 percent of Victoria’s and 10 percent of Australia’s fuel.

Waco has supplied maintenance and shutdown scaffold hire supply and associated services (Site scaffold audits and scaffold design & engineering) to the Refinery for the past 23 years a base scaffold of 1000 tonnes for site maintenance and peak load of 2000 tonnes during site turnarounds.
